Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days and are normally delivered within 5–15 business days, depending on the product and shipping address.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email.
Please note that some products may be shipped separately if they are stocked in different warehouses.

Uncollected packages
If the package is not collected in time, the customer will be charged for return and handling costs in accordance with the applicable shipping agreement.
